What is the return policy?
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition (unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging) and you’ll need proof of purchase.

How do I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel by entering your tracking number on our Track & Trace page. Once entered, you'll see the latest updates on your shipment's status and estimated delivery time.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. It usually takes us 1-2 working days to dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How are your products manufactured?
Our products are carefully crafted by experts. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Why is our site showing sold-out items?
If the product you're interested in is sold-out, it usually means we unfortunately do not ship to your country due to high customs clearence and delivery fees which are not optimal for our customers.
CoreKnuckles ships only to Europe and United States.
If you are based in Europe, United States or Canada and our site still shows products as sold-out. It means, they are out of stock and you need to wait till next restock.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Free shipping is included once your order reaches 3 items and above.
